Sign in with the email address you used at checkout, then open My tools. You can also view your purchase details in My account.
What should I include if I need help with an order?
Use the email address from your order and add the order number if you have it. Tell us which tool you’re trying to use and what happens when you open it. Please keep passwords and payment-card details out of your message.
Can I ask a question before buying?
