Does scanning guarantee that all sensitive material is gone?
No. The app finds supported patterns and exact custom phrases. Read the full result, including names, context and details that a pattern may miss.
Is the original text saved in my project?
Original session text and the mapping are not included in saved projects or project backups. Reloading discards them. A fictional example can appear again while using a sample project.
What is the replacement map for?
It pairs replacement tokens with original values. Export it only if you need to restore those values later. It contains sensitive information and should stay separate from the masked text.
Where is my project saved?
Projects stay in this browser, separated by your signed-in account. Download a project backup before changing devices or removing browser data. The site does not provide cross-device project sync.
