Privacy
The information this site uses and how to contact us.
Who to contact
This privacy information applies to Useful AI Notes. For questions about your account or personal information, email razecorb@gmail.com.
Accounts, orders and support
When you register or buy from our shop, the site stores the details you provide, such as your name, email, account information, billing information and order history. These records support sign-in, purchases, app access and customer support. If you email us, your message and contact details are used to respond to your request.
Cookies and site operation
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for sign-in, shopping-cart and account sessions. The hosting service may also process connection information, such as an IP address, for site operation and security. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
Projects made in our tools
Personalized tool projects and saved favourites are stored in this browser on your device. They are separate from the account and purchase records stored on the site. Removing browser data can remove these projects. Download a project backup if you want to keep or move one. The planning tools use prepared templates; they do not send your project text to an AI writing service.
Payments and other websites
The payment method you choose at checkout determines which payment service receives information needed to process your order. Affiliate links take you to a separate retailer, whose own privacy policy applies there. Images or embedded material loaded from another website may send connection information to that website.
Your choices
You can update account details in My account. Contact razecorb@gmail.com to ask about a copy of your stored personal data or its removal. Some order records may need to be retained for transaction administration or applicable requirements. A request about site records does not erase projects stored in your own browser.
