Where it earns a place in the workflow
An existing, maintained workspace is a stronger starting point than a pile of documents moved solely to try AI. Identify the questions people repeatedly ask and the pages that should answer them. If those pages are stale or contradictory, improve the library before judging the assistant.
Test the boundaries of access as well as answer quality. A team member should find what their role permits, and a reviewer should know which page supported a response. Keep ownership and review dates visible on important guidance.
